What we collect and why. We collect your name, professional contact details, role, organisation, country and the interests and comments you provide. We use this information to review your expression of interest and contact you about participation in the ISAC. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle your request. Other fields are optional.
Legal basis and access. This processing is based on your consent. Your submission is accessible to the people authorised to handle expressions of interest and the technical administrators responsible for the form. It is not published on this website or used to subscribe you to marketing communications.
Retention. Expressions of interest that do not lead to participation are retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted. If your organisation becomes a member, we will provide the information applicable to membership records.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data where applicable. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@elocutio.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Submitting this form does not create a membership commitment. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential threat, incident or vulnerability information.
