How expressions of interest and website data are handled.

During the formation of ISAC for Identity and QTSP, the data controller for the expression-of-interest form is Elocutio SRL, Avenue des Meuniers 6, 1160 Brussels, Belgium.

The form collects your name, professional email address, organisation, country and any additional information you choose to provide, including your role, membership categories, areas of interest, expertise and comments.

We use your submission to review your expression of interest and contact you about participation in the ISAC. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Other fields are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential incident or vulnerability information.

This processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form. Submitting an expression of interest does not subscribe you to marketing communications or create a membership commitment.

Submissions are accessible only to the people authorised to handle expressions of interest and technical administrators who need access to maintain the service. Submissions are not published on the website.

This website is hosted by OVHcloud in Gravelines, France, with data hosted in France. Transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area are not permitted under the arrangements for this website.

Expressions of interest that do not lead to participation are retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted. This period is managed through a review of records; it is not an automated deletion setting.

If your organisation becomes a member, you will receive the information applicable to membership records.

Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@elocutio.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

Pressidium Cookie Consent manages the cookie information panel and cookie preferences. Optional cookie categories are not currently configured. A button on the website allows you to reopen the cookie preferences. The preference cookie is configured to expire after 182 days.

Avada Forms is configured not to store respondents’ IP addresses or browser information with submissions. This setting does not apply to separate server, hosting, proxy or security logs.

If responsibility for these records is transferred to the constituted association, affected individuals will be informed of the new controller and the arrangements applicable to their data.

This notice will be updated when the website’s processing arrangements change.
